Communications Committee
Our goal for the Communications Committee is to keep the entire community informed of important community events, as well as city, state, and county items of interest to the homeowners.
Our responsibilities include the following:
- Maintain frequent contact with other committees to report current events.
- Generate a quarterly newsletter and coordinate submission of articles on a regular basis to be established by the board or committee based on "news-worthiness" and cost restraints. The final copy of each newsletter must be approved by the Board of Directors.
- Update the community on information related directly to the neighborhood (road closings, construction, special events, etc.)
- Update on pertinent information in the city (changes in trash day, water conservation schedules, etc.)
- Report activities to and work at the direction of the Board of Directors.
- This committee has a minimum of 3 members with no limit to the number of members.
Qualification to serve on the Communications Committee: member of the association in good standing. (All assessments paid and no CC&R violations).
Our Communications Committee is here to help you feel connected to your neighbors and at home in Grand Park Estates.
