Annual Meeting - posted 4/14/09

The annual meeting will be held Tuesday, May 5th, 2009 at Treitsch United Methodist Church, located at 6101 Morris Rd. Directly across from Grand Park Estates. Sign-in begins at 6:30pm. Please be sure to submit your proxy prior to the event, even if you plan to attend.

 
PALS Board Public Hearing Results - posted 4/14/09

After reviewing the request, The PALS Board has agreed to install security lighting at Grand Park under the condition that a cost sharing agreement can be made between the Town and the Grand Park HOA. The HOA board will be reviewing this matter in efforts to come to an agreement with the Town of Flower Mound.

Safety Alert - posted 10/28/08

A vehicle at Grand Park Estates has had its wheels and tires stolen twice
within the past 5 weeks. The thefts both occurred during the early morning
hours, between 2:30 am and 5:30 am. If anyone has seen or heard of anything suspicious please contact the Flower Mound Police. As a reminder and a courtesy to your neighbors, please keep an eye out for one another as you are able.

Flower Mound Ranked Top Suburb - posted 6/15/07

Flower Mound garners national attention as a great community as BusinessWeek Magazine recently ranked the Town one of the top 25 best affordable suburbs in the South. The top city and town ranking is part of BusinessWeek’s “America’s Best Affordable Suburbs in the U.S. by region” story. BusinessWeek noted that Flower Mound is a desirable community because of its close proximity to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and other major cities, as well as a low cost of living.

Homeowner Fences - posted 1/15/07

Just a reminder that fence maintenance is the responsibility of each homeowner for the fences that stand on their property. Common fence repair should be agreed upon by the two homeowners that share these common fences. The HOA maintains the brick walls that surround the community and or properties within. If you do notice brick that needs attention please contact a board member.
